Made a few dietary recommendations of foods to avoid and foods to include: gave a single homeopathic remedy Sepia XMX. Follow up visit a month later and greatly improved, no suicidal thoughts, attending class, although lacking energy, some GI distress: gave another single homeopathic remedy Lycopodium 200K for constitutional support. Follow up visit one month later and symptoms resolved, made new, supportive friends, making better food choices, and denied any feelings of depression.

Service person who returned from deployment and presented with complaints of anxiety, gastrointestinal complaints, and skin rash. Made recommendations including a professional level detox program for heavy metals with additional support of homeopathic formulas Unda 2 and Unda 243, probiotic support with HMF Intensive, one single dose of Aconite LM and constitutional support with single homepathic Nat Mur 200c. Follow-up in one month and gastrointestinal complaints less, energy and mood improved, although sleep disrupted. Continued current plan and added Rescue Remedy. Follow-up the next month, detox program almost completed, sleep greatly improved with Rescue Remedy, readjusting to civilian life and restarted advanced education program. Continue to follow up every six months for supplementation including probiotics and homeopathic constitutional support; and continues to do well in school.

Client who developed severe skin rash on shin. Had similar rash about 8 years ago which spread to entire body and was treated with steroids to control inflammation and itching, however, wanted to avoid same treatment and side effects of steroids. Started on low dose of Unda 11 and 270 and single homeopathic Cal Flor 6c weekly and Calendula 9c daily, and honey poultices to area. Inserted auricular needles for liver, gallbladder, and kidney phase 3. Over the course of six weeks, rash slowly resolved and healed without scarring or becoming systemic. 

Ice hockey player who came to me with complaints of knee pain following contact injury that involved twisting and blunt force. Eliminated protein powders from diet, and started on gemmo Pinus Montana and Unda numbers 2, 42, and 1002. Inserted auricular therapy points primary for knee and pelvis and liver support. Started on single homeopathic Ruta Grav 30K. Was back on the ice in two weeks for minimal practicing and drills, played in game two weeks later, did not miss any games that season and remained injury free. Continued to see me over the course of the year about every three to four months for support remedies and auriculartherapy until time came for graduation and moved back home out of state.
